Selecting a Product
Select either TENG, LIMIT ,TOOLSHACK ,SEALEY ,UNIVERSAL from the menu.
Click on the desired category.
Click on the "View Details" link next to the required product type to view more details about the product.
Click the "Add To Basket" button (this will add the item to your shopping basket).
You can view your shopping basket using the "Shopping basket" link at the top right of the screen
Purchasing
When you are ready to proceed with your order click the checkout link.
If you are a member and have not logged in, you can log in, the address fields will be filled automatically. If you are not a registered member of the Toolshack.co.uk site, you can continue with the order. (Membership is not required to place an order)
Enter the shipping details.
Please select your preferred method of payment. These include paying by credit/debit card, Paypal or by cheque.
If you are a registered member you can track your order online. (make a note of your Order Number)
Tracking Your Order
Please log in and click on the Order Status icon located at the top of the screen.
Enter your order number, this will give you details of whether your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. Your order number can be found on your confirmation of order note.
